After the successful completion of the order, you will receive an order confirmation. In this email you will find the delivery date and the contact details of the retailer. As soon as the retailer has shipped the order, you will receive a separate email from us with the shipping number. If you have not received a shipping notification after the stated delivery date, please contact the retailer directly about the delivery.
